Texas-made circuit boards
Splash Zone housings are specified for NSF splash-zone and IP69 washdown. The electronics inside — the part that makes the fixture yours — are designed, placed, and reflowed on our SMT line in Canton, Texas.
LED engines, drive current, and photometrics are specified in Canton — not a generic imported module.
In-house SMT. Same line, same people, full lot traceability from board to finished Splash Zone fixture.
Different lumen package, voltage, or control interface? We change the board. Lead times stay short because the line is ours.
Features & benefits
ProTube withstands high-pressure, high-temperature jets up to 176°F — the sanitation cycle food plants actually run.
Certified for splash-zone use in processing plants, packing lines, and cold storage.
Daylight-white standard so produce color, fat trim, and inspection work read true. Other CCTs on request.
Designed, boarded, and assembled in Texas. BABA and BAA compliant — no waivers.
Gasketed vapor-tight linears, plus ProTube’s circular NSF body with stainless end caps — no ledges for residue.
Lumen package, voltage, optic, mount, and controls engineered to the facility.
Why Splash Zone™
Every Splash Zone fixture is designed, manufactured, and assembled in America — fully BABA and BAA compliant for federal and infrastructure projects.
We produce our own LED circuit boards right here in Texas and assemble them into NSF / IP69 washdown housings. Tighter quality control, faster lead times, and boards engineered to your electrical and photometric requirements.
Built for the harshest washdown environments. NSF certified for food processing and cold storage, with true IP69K protection against high-pressure, high-temperature cleaning.
Need a different lumen package, voltage, mounting, optic, or control interface? We tailor Splash Zone fixtures to your facility — not the other way around.
Applications
Food plants, cold storage, kitchens, and any room that gets washed. Housings and lenses are NSF-listed for the zone. Boards, drivers, and the finished fixture are EnviroLux.

5000K, high-CRI light over stainless conveyor lines so color, bruise, and grade are obvious on the belt.

Stable 5000K output in freezer and cooler environments — sealed against condensation, ice, and thermal cycling.

IP69 housings for close-range, high-temperature spray. Specify the rating that matches the cycle you actually run.
Kill floor adjacent rooms, cut, grind, and pack — daily hot sanitation.
Fill lines, tank halls, and bottle rooms with caustic CIP overspray.
Flour, oil, and washdown in the same aisle. Smooth housings, no ledges.
Cleanable, corrosion-resistant luminaires for washable production suites.
NSF splash-zone listed for health-code inspections in prep and cook lines.
Humidity, dust, and hose-down. Amber and 5000K packages available.
High-pressure water, chemistry, and salt — NEMA 4X corrosion resistance.
Hose-directed water and aggressive agents. Specify stainless latches.
NSF approved vaportight
From the EnviroLux NSF vaportight catalog: 2, 4, and 8 ft lengths, narrow and wide bodies, amber to 5000K — plus ProTube washdown and NSF circle high bays. If the stock SKU is not the fixture, we prototype a custom in Texas.

2, 4, and 8 ft. Narrow and wide body. Amber through 5000K. NSF-category fixtures for food plants, packing lines, and washdown rooms.

Circular, easy-clean housing with stainless end caps. NSF food-zone. High-pressure, high-temperature sanitation up to 176°F.

Food-grade high bays at 5000K for taller process rooms and refrigerated warehouses — 77W to 200W.

Housing & construction
Splash Zone housings and lenses are specified NSF for splash-zone sanitation and IP-rated for the washdown you run. Everything else — LED circuit boards, drivers, photometrics, controls, and final assembly — is designed and manufactured by EnviroLux in Canton, Texas.

Smooth polymer tube, stainless-steel end caps, tool-free body and board tray. No ledges for residue. Rated for high-pressure, high-temperature jets up to 176°F at close range.

UL 5VA fiberglass that will not burn or melt. Pour-in-place polyurethane gasket. Captive latches — polymer or 316 stainless — that stay on the housing during service.

Impact-resistant acrylic or polycarbonate lens, F1-rated for UV and moisture. Clear or frosted. Hubs in ½″ and ¾″ NPT for pendant, rigid, or conduit mounts.
Ingress ratings
Vapor-tight is not one rating. Specify the washdown you run — hose, pressure wand, or high-temperature sanitation — and we board the matching housing.
IP65
6.3 mm nozzle, about 3 gpm, from all directions. Covered washdown, exteriors, and general wet process.
IP66
12.5 mm nozzle, about 26 gpm, ~15 PSI, any direction. Regular pressure-wash bays and heavy industrial cleaning.
IP67
One meter of water for 30 minutes. Flood-prone rooms, wash pits, and condensation-heavy coolers.
IP69
Close-range jets up to ~1,450 PSI at 176°F / 80°C. Food, beverage, dairy, and pharma sanitation cycles.
NSF splash-zone certification is separate from IP: it confirms cleanable materials, no bacterial harborage, and suitability around food. NEMA 4X adds corrosion resistance to hose-directed water — salt, chemistry, and sanitation agents.
NSF ratings
NSF does not rate brightness. It rates whether the housing and lens belong in a food plant: can they be cleaned, will they harbor bacteria, will they contaminate product. We specify NSF housings and lenses, then board and assemble the fixture in Texas.
Surfaces that can contact consumable food. The highest hygiene bar — smooth, cleanable, no harborage, materials safe around product.
Areas hit by routine splashes, spills, and sanitation spray, but not intended as a food-contact surface. Most process-room luminaires live here.
Rooms not exposed to food or splash, but still subject to dust, debris, and washdown. Warehouses, docks, and service corridors.
NSF
NSF International writes public-health standards for food, water, and consumer goods. A listed luminaire is evaluated to the food-equipment certification — not a self-declared “food grade” label.
Code
Many health codes require NSF-certified equipment in processing plants, packing rooms, and commercial kitchens. Specifying it keeps the fixture off the punch list.
IP69
NSF is about hygiene and cleanability. IP69 is about surviving close-range, high-temperature, high-pressure jets. Splash Zone is specified for both.
Specifications
Numbers below are from the published EnviroLux NSF vaportight catalog. Need a different lumen, voltage, optic, or control scheme? We engineer the board and the fixture in Texas.

Custom capability
Tell us the room, the spec, and the constraint. An engineer — not a ticket queue — picks it up.
Photometrics, electrical, mounting, and controls are drawn around your facility, not a catalog SKU.
In-house boards and fixtures mean a working unit for test, measurement, and compliance in 24–48 hours.
Approved designs move onto our Texas line — same plant, same people, full supply-chain traceability.
